Access and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

​

All training courses and courseware are delivered digitally via email to the address provided on the initial inquiry form. Access requires a stable internet connection. No physical products are shipped.

2. Enrollment and Access Process

​

Our enrollment process is designed to ensure the selected course is the best fit for the student. Access to courseware is granted only after the following three-step process is complete:

  • Step 1 (Inquiry): The prospective student submits the initial inquiry form via our website. This form reaches our admissions team via our business email for thorough review.

  • Step 2 (Approval & Payment Link): If the application is approved, we will send an official Approval Confirmation Email containing the secure, unique link to our payment processing system.

  • Step 3 (Payment & Courseware Delivery): Once the payment process is successfully completed, the student's courseware, access instructions, and any necessary login credentials for the selected course will be sent to the customer via a separate Courseware Delivery Email.

3. Access Timeframe

​

  • Access and courseware delivery follow a specific, phased timeline to ensure you are prepared before the course begins:

  • Payment Confirmation: The student will receive an official Payment Confirmation email within 24 hours of successful payment processing.

  • Courseware Delivery: All student courseware and access instructions for pre-study materials will be delivered via email before two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled course start date.

  • Online Class Link: The secure link and specific instructions for joining the live online class will be provided via email 1–2 days prior to the start of the class.

4. Technical Support

If you experience any issues with access or delivery:

  • Missing Email: If you have completed payment but have not received your Courseware Delivery Email within the specified timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder first.

  • Technical Issue: If you still cannot locate the email or encounter any technical issues with the courseware, please contact our technical support immediately at support@velmentoritacademy.com
